Email supportMost of our products come with one year free email support. You can also purchase additional support after this first year if required.

To speed up the processing of your support query please include all the relevant information and describe the problem, how to reproduce it, attach any code samples and data if available. Acrus Software shall use its reasonable endeavours to answer email support queries raised, but does not guarantee that your queries or problems will be fixed or solved.
Telephone supportEscalated telephone support is available only if the support technician determines that email is insufficient.
